About Us

Classrooms Without Walls' uses the Internet to bring people from different cultures together online to discuss music.

Music inspires! Everyone has a favorite musician, group, or instrument. Some people dance to music; some people relax to music. Some people play music; some people work to music. Some people perform music; some people compose music. Music is the international language. It speaks to everyone.

Classrooms Without Walls allows people from around the world to discuss music online, become friends, and learn from each other's cultures. I'm a strong believer that people have more in common than different.

How It Works

Classrooms Without Walls uses Skype and other technologies for people to talk about music. We will host focused discussions about specific music-related topics to get people involved. Member-initiated conversations and discussions are always welcome.

Music and friendship offer many possibilities. It would be interesting to see people from different countries and cultures perform live in cyberspace. The technology is available and I will show you how to use it.

Other possibilities include discussions about the similarities and differences between musics from different cultures, musical instruments, musical styles, etc. Group compositions would be interesting.
